Part of the Moments in Grief & Guilt collection, this original painting explores what it feels like to become someone new after life's biggest transitions.
The collection began as a way of processing my own experience with motherhood and postpartum. Since sharing it, collectors have connected these paintings to their own stories of grief, healing, loss, resilience, and new beginnings.
Rather than offering answers, this work leaves space for reflection and invites you to bring your own story to it.

2025
Part of the Moments in Grief collection, this original painting marks the beginning of a body of work that would eventually become The Coping Nook's first completed collection.
Created in 2025 during a deeply reflective season of my own life, this piece began an exploration of grief, healing, and personal transformation through intuitive abstraction. Although rooted in my own experience, collectors have continued to find their own stories within the work, making it clear that these paintings were always about something much larger than me.
Rather than offering answers, this painting invites quiet reflection and leaves space for your own interpretation.

Part of the Moments in Grief & Guilt collection, this original painting explores the journey of becoming the version of yourself that often emerges through life's most meaningful seasons.
Built through expressive layers of color and movement, this piece reflects the tension between holding on and learning to let go. It leaves space for quiet reflection, inviting each collector to find their own story within the work.
Initially inspired by my journey through motherhood and postpartum, the collection has since grown through conversations with collectors who have connected these paintings to grief, healing, loss, resilience, and new beginnings. Rather than offering answers, this work leaves space for your own interpretation.
